ABN新技術無需人工分選,節(jié)省了傳統(tǒng)的破碎設備、分選設備和廠房、場地的投資,省人、省時、省力的短工序作業(yè),有效控制鋁渣自燃,鐵多不增鐵,大幅降低了金屬損耗、運行能耗、維護費用。該技術大幅減少了鹽類熔劑的用量,顛覆了行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)模式。
The furnace has 3 invention patents, 36 utility model patents, 11 appearance patents and multiple exclusive technologies. On one hand, new tech has gotten rid of traditional crushing appliances, separation devices and investment of plants. On the other hand, the production process of manual sorting and equipment sorting had been cut down, and, meanwhile, the burning loss of metal, operation energy consumption, and maintenance fees have all been reduced as well. During the melting process of recycled aluminum with iron parts, aluminum and iron are separated automatically. Its precise heating technology can control the phenomenon of Al dross auto ignition at high temperature with the function of getting rid of Mg&Zn automatically. The“complementary combustion”technology which will completely re-burn the combustible of recycling Al in circulation replaced the traditional production mode and also reduced the dosage of salt flux.
